OLD MAN WICKER - He lives for prescription drugs. He has never taken the time to learn for himself about diet, exercise and the path to a healthy lifestyle. Instead, he has chosen a typical path of retired people, which is to become bogged down by the stress of aging. He feels the answer to all his problems is through medication, and sees his biggest problem as not getting enough medication. He lives a very sad life and does not admit to himself that he is a prescription drug addict, as he believes everything the drug companies do is in the best interests for all people.
