Tangent Sunset Biography Tangent Sunset began as a musical recording project and website in June 2003, founded by Alex Cosper. The music is based on songs that tell funny and strange stories that could be about anything. The home production of these unique songs gives it away that this whole project is mainly for fun and to offer a different approach to songwriting. The songs paint such a visual picture they would be appropriate movie themes. The songs have been written and performed by Alex Cosper with help from friends such as Jimmy Brasier, John Young and Frank Simmons. In 2009 Alex began working on developing higher quality studio recordings to gear up for selling music online. In 2010 Tangent Sunset debuted on Reverbnation and has been in the Sacramento top 10 alternative chart ever since.
